apparently all i needed was a cupcake! i am -pretty sure- my perennial nervous breakdown is over with, for real this time, and although i am clearly insane, not just in a silly woman way but actually clinically unstable in my brain scull, i think i have got it under control now so you can postpone the shock treatments and lobotomy, that is, if you hadn't already given up hope on me. i was about to get the leeches out, myself. sprinkles are amazing, they're like pieces of rainbows with little invisible smiling faces. i think i might start putting them on everything i eat if it didn't seem like a surefire way to contract diabeetus.

the sun is shining and i'm feeling fine and the birds are singing in the trees!
