I.
I am most alone,
by means, I am most content.
It's when I have to wear a masque
and suffer your dissaproving glance,
that I get the blues, real red and mean.
O, but when I am free of judgmental stairs,
I can pull my skirt over my head,
and dance all night without a care.
As I am the last man on earth,
by means, I am most content,
with a price.
II.
I am most content,
by means, I pull the strings.
The air is plasmic.
As nitrogen turns to gelatin,
my converse turn to moonboots,
or they always have been.
I stomp through the muck like a skinhead.
"My, the gravity is heavy today,"
as the earth hurdles towards the son--
You don't give a fuck.
Because I pull the strings,
so I pull the strings,
and when I pull the strings,
you aren't real to me.
Because I pull the strings,
so I pull the strings,
but when I pull the strings,
you aren't reeled to me--
My only friends are the ones that come bottled,
the monsters in my blood stream.
By means, I am most content.
III.
This is my blood you drink.
This is my body you eat.
I am most unreal,
by means, I am most content.
I am most sublime,
by means, I am most smoke--
shapeless, floating, disolving,
an echo, a breakfast, a champion.
That is, I am most punctual,
if anything at all.
But if time is an illusion,
then time is irrelevant--
I am irrelevant, so please--
Think of me when you eat and drink.
IV.
I am most alone,
by means, I pull the strings.
And when I pull the strings,
I ask: Are you still hungry?
Know I will invade you,
because I pull the strings,
and when I pull the string,
I ask: Do you think you are ready?
Know I will ravish you.
I am most alone,
by means, I am most content.
V.
Content? Only when I can bleed, out,
from every, every orifice.
Most specifically, that is,
most specific,
the ones that come to me, self-inflicted.
Because I pull the strings,
so I pull the strings,
and when I pull the strings,
I give them mouths by which they breathe.
These holes, they are my fears,
these holes are my disease.
They drool, these holes,
they trick me, these holes,
They speak to me, these holes, and foolishly,
I listen, intently, and so--
These holes become wholes, that is,
my fears become my hopes and dreams.
I am most warped,
by means, I am most content.
VI.
I don't need Dylan's dog.
I don't need to see His bird
to know I've got my own children, Child,
to Light my Fire when I get most wild, most High,
with a little help from my--
when I get a little help--
By means, that I am most warm,
By means, that I am most weary,
By means, that I am most ill,
By means, that I am most deadly,
By means, that I am most fine,
that is, delicate, that is,
miniscule, that is--
I've got no strings.
The strings do not exist but within my own mind,
by means--
VII.
I am not alone.
For, I am a passenger,
in your death proof car,
by means, I am most alone,
and I am not content.
I am not content.
